1. When you book you have to pay a deposit of 30% of the total sum. This sum has to be paid within a maximum of 7 days from the date of booking. Booking will be confirmed only once we have received this sum. If guests do not keep to this condition, Residence Hotel Crystal Palace has the right to cancel bookings without informing guests in writing.
  2. The deposit can be sent by wire transfer or postal order. As well as the deposit we must receive (by mail or fax) the filled in and signed booking form and the form with the personal details of the people who will be staying in the apartment.
  3. Booking can be carried out by phone, fax, letter, or the Internet.
  4. Apartments are assigned according to availability. We take preferences into account as far as possible within availability restrictions. Covered parking spaces are allotted to apartments according to a ratio of 1 parking space to 1 apartment.
  5. If the booking is cancelled, which must be carried out by letter or fax, we will withhold the deposit according to the following conditions: 20% if the cancellation occurs 30 days before the date of arrival; 50% if it occurs 15 days before the date of arrival; the whole deposit will be withheld if cancellation occurs 7 days before the date of arrival.
  6. Arrival at the Apartment Hotel (unless a specific agreement has been made with the Management) occurs on a Saturday between 3.00 pm to 9.00 pm. Departure occurs on a Saturday and the apartment must be vacated by and no later than 10 am. If a guest does not arrive on the agreed day, but postpones arrival for personal reasons, and in the event of early departure, there will be no reductions or refunds.
  7. The balance of your holiday has to be paid upon arrival when you check-in, in cash, by cheque, debit card, or credit card
  8. Upon arrival a deposit of 200 Euros has to be paid. This deposit will be returned to the guest upon departure as long as the property has not been damaged and no item is missing.
  9. The arrival of a larger number of people than those booked (even if they are children) will have to be settled at check-in.
  10. Pets are admitted as long as the Management does not deem the animal to be causing a nuisance or damage to things or people. In which case the Management can ask the guest to leave the Apartment Hotel early, without a holiday refund.
  11. In this building, as in all other buildings, there is a list of rules (including times, regulations, advice, and information) that must be respected.
