Conditions for your stay at our residence
Within 7 days of the reservation, customers are required to make an advance payment of 30% of the total. Their reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of the said advance payment. In case customers do not comply with this requirement their reservation will be cancelled without further written notice.
The advance payment may be sent through bank transfer or post together with (either through the post or fax) the reservation form duly filled in and signed, as well as all personal data with the names of the people who will occupy the apartment.
The reservation can be made by telephone, fax, letter or the internet.
Apartments will be assigned and preferences satisfied depending on availability.
One roofed car park per apartment is available and it is compulsorily linked to it.
In case the reservation is cancelled, via letter or fax, the advance payment will be kept as follows: 20% if the cancellation is done within 30 days before arrival, 50% if the cancellation is done within 15 days before arrival, 100% if cancellation is done within 7 days before arrival.
Arrivals, save different agreements with the Management, are scheduled on Saturdays from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Departures are scheduled on Saturdays and check out is to be made before 10 a.m.
No reductions or reimbursements are allowed in case a customer does not arrive on the foreseen date, or decides to postpone arrival or to anticipate departure.
The settlement must be made upon arrival when checking in by cash, cheque, cash card or credit card.
Upon arrival a caution of € 200 must be paid, which will be given back upon departure save damages and losses.
The arrival of a number of persons higher than the ones mentioned in the reservation (even if children) must be regularised at the check in.
Animals are admitted save otherwise decided by the management. In case of disturbance or damage to people or things, an anticipated departure will be requested without reimbursement.
In our structure, just like in any other similar structure there is a list of rules (including times, regulations, advice and information) with which every guest has to comply.
